Yes, you can upgrade. You can start with the Self Assessment Tool and move to Online Audit or Onsite Audit when you need consultant support. Contact us to discuss your upgrade, and we will agree the scope and price before you proceed.
Can I get a refund?
Self Assessment Tool — self assessment built around your objectives: You can get a refund if you have not produced the final report and you request the refund no more than 14 days after purchase. Both conditions must apply.
Online Audit and Onsite Audit: You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled audit start time.

What is the difference between the free and paid assessments?
The free Conventional Gap Assessment reviews ISO 9001 requirements clause by clause. The paid Self Assessment Tool focuses on your business objectives and how your processes support the results you want, with ISO 9001 conformity as a supporting outcome.
How long can I use the paid Self Assessment Tool?
The £199 package includes one year of self assessment built around your business objectives. You can work through the assessment at your own pace during that year.
What is included in Online Audit and Onsite Audit?
Both include an experienced consultant, an audit focused on your business objectives and an audit report. Online Audit takes place remotely. Onsite Audit brings the consultant to your premises to observe processes and speak with your team. We agree the scope and price with you before you commit.
Will an audit give my business ISO 9001 certification?
No. These are internal audits that identify gaps and opportunities to improve your processes. Ekselta does not certify businesses against ISO standards. Certification is a separate process through a certification body.
